Came here with my husband and baby for a weekend getaway to Ashland. Amazing service! Check in was a breeze, room was clean, and food + drinks at Tuscan Prime were excellent. Husband and I got the T burger and the Parmesan Hero for lunch, steaks for dinner, and I had a spice cake for dessert that was delicious! They also brought our daughter things to snack on which was really nice. Gave us a toy for her at check out! Would visit again

Tasha was incredibly helpful during our anniversary celebration at the bar. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure our guests were taken care of and that everything went smoothly. Her positive attitude and wi... read more

Then came back and said "we went ahead and washed them for you". Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Amazing hotel and st... read more
