Initially, my experience was good, the front office is professional and kind, the provider was as well, but I never received the follow up call to let me know results of xrays. When I called, I was immediately placed on "a brief hold" and the call was not picked up. After 15 minutes, I hung up and called back and same thing. The front staff was excellent. Sabrina (nurse or MA) was superb. That's why I gave two stars. The PA didn't deserve any starts at all. None! The PA - surname Singleton - was rude, insulting, demeaning, and terse. She had the bedside manner of a poisonous snake. I will write a letter to the CEO of Delta Health and I will file a complaint with DORA.
