This is the first rural Health clinic in the country. These people have defined what rural health clinics mean.
Ex-employee here. Bad experiences all around. Never knew when the next shot was going to be fired. Repeatedly told to 'Stay In Your Lane', extremely hostile work environment. Too much to name.
Many of the receptionist and clerks at all of their locations across the Delta are nasty, rude, and hang up on patients. It's unfortunate because 90% or more of the staff is African American. I'd rather travel outside of the state than continuously put up with the foolishness from staff and inconsiderate "medical professionals."
My husband has been seeing Dr. FRANK Brown. He provides excellent service.
