Decided to visit after reading some reviews and was actually really disappointed with my experience there. I was asked to use the room beside the reception desk and throughout my massage all I could hear was talking and noise. It was not relaxing or comfortable. I couldn't wait to leave. Was hoping for a better experience.
It was the first time I visited this Massage Centre. I had a 90-minute massage with Linda. She was very skilled, respectful, kind, and timely. I felt relaxed and light after the session. I highly recommend her. Delta Massage Center is a clean and reputable place to get a massage; however, sometimes the outside noise was loud, which was not ideal. I ask the manager to keep the noise down and also to encourage others to speak more quietly. This will help create a more pleasant atmosphere.

Very disappointing experience. My appointment was canceled at the last minute because they claimed they already had too many patients with the same insurance company that day. If the billing process is legitimate, I don’t understand why that should matter. They also asked me to pay cash even though I have insurance. The whole experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Patients deserve clear explanations and respect for their time
