It was all good until end of season when I returned the parking pass. They sent a $10 cheque and it BOUNCED!! Have called 5 times and still no resolution.

When in need of a monthly parking pass from one of their lots make sure to register and pay for it at least a week in advance. They have to mail you a pass to hang in your car or your forced to pick it up in Ancaster. You can't print anything which would be beneficial to both parties as they wouldn't have to prorate bills or piss off customers who are now forced to pay a daily parking fee as well! Not customer friendly at all.
