If you’re looking into renting here, don’t. You have plenty of options in Eugene other than Umbrella properties. You don’t need any of this stress when trying to move. I chose this place because of the unit size, price, and proximity to work and regretted it immediately. Prejudice, profiling, and rude property manager. Startled me while I was parked and looking for my next client’s address to visit as I was working out of town. She did not greet me considering she did not know if I was even apartment searching and wanted to view her complex. She parked behind me and waited for me to leave then followed me on two separate streets before turning off on her mini van. Great place to live. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood.
This place is a DUMP!!!!! Not only are there bugs and rats in the unit (I could have looked past that if they would fix it) by far the worst thing about this place is the slum-lord property manager. She is the rudest overbearing "Karen" I have ever met in my life. She constantly harasses the visitors and potential residents with threats of calling the police and when you do tell her who your visiting she retaliates against them because they have a visitor and she obviously has never had anyone her entire life who wants to sp... read more
