Absolutely the best holistic gym in central Ohio! Wonderful mix of young and older grapplers with great attitudes which is more important than you realize till you train at a gym that's not that way and ive trained at several in the area. 2 thumbs up! Highly recommend!
Visited here from Long Island New York. I usually grapple at Serra BJJ. These guys were incredibly welcoming, made me feel at home. Top tier grappling gave me an awesome workout! If you aren't sure about trying Jiu-Jitsu, make sure you try it with these guys. Trust me, you will fall in love with BJJ at this awesome facility.
Great Muay Thai class. Coach Nick is an amazing human being. We have lots of fun but do lots of work. Good mix of conditioning, working in sets, and sparring. The classmates are all super cool. Everyone goes to your pace so you don't get beat up or feel like you need to catch up. Everyone helps everyone out.
