Loved this experience. Very friendly, inviting and best way to detox. Stress is a root cause of illness and this is certainly a number one stress reliever. I would recommend it to everyone.
From my experience at Delta Floats, which was wonderful, I believe floating to be an excellent activity for good health maintenance. Floating once a month would likely prevent a lot of potential health problems from developing. It can facilitate relief and healing from current problems, as I found it did with my sore and tight muscles from my exercise.
I've been several times now and I see this as a very deep inner workout. I find it deeply relaxing and afterward I feel the same as I do after a massage. I would highly recommend Delta Floats to anyone. Just try it once and see!
Floating is equal to the best massage I have had. It is relaxation on steroids and offers the body and mind healing.
I used to go to a place in Ann Arbor back in the 70's. I told my wife how much I missed it. She did a search and found Delta Floats. We have each taken two visits and will be regulars from now on! Wonderful business and owners as well! Worth our drive from Detroit each time!
