I loved my floating experience! I felt very comfortable with the in-depth explanation of how things worked and things to watch out for. I was able to relax and even fall asleep! I felt great afterwards. And the tea at the end was delicious! I highly recommend Delta Floats and floating to anyone looking to achieve a state of relaxation and get some pain relief.

Well, I must say that the experience was extremely challenging. Why? There were a couple of very big fears that I had to face to do this. 1. I can't swim and am afraid of drowning. 2. Getting trapped in something and unable to get free. It was very liberating to face those fears and get to a place of peace and relaxation. I actually felt my spine "pop" while floating.
