Nothing but good things to say about Delta. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.
I was happy to come here at first to see Dr Williams and he diagnosed me properly. The last mental health facility I went through scheduled future appointments at the current appointment. Which was great because I have a terrible memory and am often working during the day and cant answer my phone. This place doesnt do that and its sad because a very common symptom of mental health issues is memory problems. I also find it sad that before terminating me from the therapist, no one called to see if I even needed an appointment.... read more
Sent my daughter here for help. The Bailey “manager” here is extremely rude, belittling, and incompetent. Do not go here. Find better.
Would rate 0 if I could. I went in for testing and got kicked out not even 10 minutes into my appointment. The doctor was asking me questions and then spoke over me while I was trying to answer them. I was sent to this facility to get answers to my struggles and got met with a man who wasn't even willing to listen to what I had to say. Very unprofessional and I would recommend anywhere else for services. Dr Williams was great. He's pretty amazing. The NP, "Dr Terry" was good too, but unfortunately he left. It's never been the same since then. The office staff/assistants are incompetent and rude.
