Had appointment for 3:45, 3 people in lobby. At 4:00 lady comes in tells the lady behind the counter that she does not have an appointment but she's been sneezing and snotty nosed. Next thing you know nurse announces in the lobby that This lady that just walk in off the street can come on back since she "just had something to give the nurse." When I go up to reschedule my apppintment at the counter, because evidently they're too busy to see me today, the receptionist tells me to hold on so she could answer thr phone. Why tak... read more
Today was my first appt. I’ve never had ANY other Doctor take the time to listen to me, ask real questions, and genuinely care about what I was saying and going through. Dr. Ellen Gentile has the kindest soul and it showed today in my appt. Thank you for giving me hope and being so so great at what you do. Also, thank you to the girl at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) it’s very rare to encounter someone so nice and good at their job. All around amazing experience.
Friendly Staff they make you feel comfortable right away.. from the moment the little glass window slides open.. Ellen my NP is the GREATEST she is very caring, she takes everything that you say into account and don’t be surprised if she calls personally to check up on your progress from crying fits to body aches and anything else she’s my person.. They are a very caring medical office. They listen when you talk. They give excellent health care
I was crushed in early 2016 to find out my long-time NP was closing her office. On the recommendation of someone previously with that office, I discovered Ellen Gentile, Rita Zuber and the wonderful staff at Delta Family Care. I loved my previous NP and her wonderful staff but I'm so pleased to find another group just as nice.
