I turned my samples in a week ago tomorrow. I still do not have my results. I have called several times only to get a voicemail that is full. Can someone please contact me and tell me what is going on?
Very professional and technicians really seemed to know what they were doing, and with care. Didn't know they also do Covid & Cannabis testing and soon to be issuing Vaccines for Covid.
Sucks ! Bad customers service
Terrible company!!! They received my samples over a week ago. I took every sample the exact same way. Then I get the results and half of the test just day retesting, and I call them, and they tell me it will be a few more days till I get the results. With these thing there very time sensitive and I have too waste even more time and money flowering them too find out what they are. And they won't refund you if they mess up. Again terrible costumer service and no refunds!
