They under pay you hr thinks it ok to bring people into offices accused the employees of being racist and doing drugs and calling the employees liars as well this place use to be good now it is nothing but trash. Hr needs to be fired on grounds of harassment if you work hard and do your job hr will harass you more. Lawsuits should be filed cuz I have 24 years experience and this is the only place that thinks it's cool to do that to people. Gross and unethical.
I was falsely accused of harassment twice after calling into question a team members work ethics. the accusations were dismissed, but then the supervisor questioned my production abilities, first time ever and the production manager (not fluent in English) called into question everything I did. The line manager made it very difficult to understand what I needed to do for work and then I was given a final warning. Not knowing what the other warnings pertained too, I quit before I suffered the added humiliation of being fired.
If your a machinists of another race.. forget about it. They are very rude and they will treat you like trash.
If you can't train new people the right way, you should close your facility down for good. This place might require a master degree to work for them, lol. Also, they will pay you the minimum wage.
