This is my favorite restaurant anywhere. Everything is truly exceptional. Their specials are delicious and their standard menu is great. The hot cakes are unlike anything I've had before, add jalapeno for a delicious sweet heat. The stuffed french toast is amazing. The servers are paid a reasonable wage - no tipping, and they all pay close attention to their guests and have a great knowledge of the dishes being served. I love my spicy! So the Norwegian hot cakes are the bomb! My girlfriend Kim likes to also take an order home of stuffed french toast.

The best food for probably 50 miles around it. What an experience well thought out with local ingredients. Its the whole package
