This company buys your information to send you frequent junk mail for advertising. That just SCREAMS overpriced, unprofessional, and exploitation.
According to the benefit contract, my inlays were supposed to be covered at 60%, but Delta downcoded it to a composite filing, paid 100$, instead of 600$. Delta Grievance Dept had the audacity to send me a letter saying that they have done nothing wrong and my inlays were not even necessary. Looks like it’s a regular occurrence with dental insurances.
