impossible to communicate with. I purchased insurance through them and cant get ahold of anyone to set my account up, which should have been an email sent to me but was never sent, i am more then likely canceling my insurance before it kicks in because the service in terrible.

Terrible plan and service! I received an AI response to an email which answered none of my questions. It kept stating over and over again not to expect any benefits to be paid even from in network dentists. Phone service was no better. Rep.said he had no idea which dentists are covered in my area because he lives far away. This company buys your information to send you frequent junk mail for advertising. That just SCREAMS overpriced, unprofessional, and exploitation.

According to the benefit contract, my inlays were supposed to be covered at 60%, but Delta downcoded it to a composite filing, paid 100$, instead of 600$. Delta Grievance Dept had the audacity to send me a letter saying that they have done nothing wrong and my inlays were not even necessary. Looks like it’s a regular occurrence with dental insurances.
