I have never experienced such awful customer service as I did with Delta Dental. Their phone lines are a nightmare — I spent endless amounts of time on hold, and when I finally got through, I was quickly transferred to another department. Each time, I was put on hold again, only to be disconnected or transferred yet again. The worst customer service EVER!
1 STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH . . THIS COMPANY IS JOKE, YOU CAN NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH A REP NOR CAN YOU FILE A CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE . . ABSOLUTE SCAM!
Beware! There’s a reason the ratings are so low! In my opinion, These very deceptive plans pay out very little when You need any work. Much better off just paying out of pocket and asking the dentist for a cash discount.
I wish I never went with this insurance. So beginning of last year I was told it was a 12 month commitment once you get the dental insurance and that after the 12 months is a month to month and could cancel at anytime after my 12 months. My 12 months came up and even paid for another month and decided I wanted to quit with them due to financial issues. I wrote over 5 emails and received nothing back.
