Upgraded to a better deal and they did not cancel the old payment. We’ve been paying for the older cancelled one and the newer one. When we spoke to the person they gave us a confusing explanation that we had accessed them through marketplace. We’re going to BBB.
Terrible support and service. Avoid at all costs.
This company creates confusion and delivers misinformation surrounding plans, renewal dates and premiums. They make it easy to sign up for a contract and capture your credit card. But, changing plans involves written letters, paper applications, back dating, hidden premiums. And they’re able to get away with this because when you sign up initially you agree to this digital legal document that allows them to do whatever they want; renew your plan without notification (they notify you of everything EXCEPT plan renewal). Allison K is the representative that has assisted me several times and her customer service skills are impeccable. I was nervous to deal with making a claim but she has made the process easy with her effective communication skills and I couldn't be more impressed. I am never on hold for long periods of time and I deal with the same person each time! In this day in age that is hard to find.
