They deny first time claims, then put blame on others.
Telling the truth would be very helpful. When I signed up in December of 2018 I was assured that my dentist was in their 'network'. Well, they were - for CHILDREN. I was denied claims during 2019 for two root canals because I hadn't had their insurance for at least a year. Ok. Then when I went for my regular cleaning in Nov. Scam, not an insurance company and not accepted by most dentist. It is a discount company that takes your money and offers nothing. I could have done better paying cash to the dentist.
Improve services, cover more, lower rates and better C/S.
After 1 yr got rate increase of over 10%. Only explanation is “plan review”. Have had no major work, only routine checkups and cleanings. Seems like they bait you in only to continually soak more money in name of rate increase. About same as scam preying on elderly
Take our money and then deny all claims. Why bother to have insurance??

Their customer service is definitely an experience. My agent was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. And don't bother trying to use their website which must be maintained by a 4 year old.
