Log in issues, when you call or email them they say “check with your provider” same ol BS everytime
Very bad customer service. Their web site does not have a lot of information for providers and they made dental offices to call in for trivial information.
I have had MO Delta Dental for 10 years as a self-employed individual and prior to that through my last employer. I had better coverage through my employer but at the time MO Delta Dental was pretty much the main game in town- so it was better than nothing. I've increasingly been frustrated with the increasing rates, but no raising the benefit coverage. THEN..... they sell all the MO plans to Wisconsin Dental, do not tell us. Been a member for 4 years, suddenly Aspen shows I do not have insurance despite never missing a payment and being an active member (showed them my online portal and ID card) now I have to wait to get a crown when I took time off work to get this done. 45 minute call times for this office to get through to Delta. Unacceptable. Looking for different insurance now. Clearly being a loyal platinum member for years means nothing. Aspen let me know that Delta has been a nightmare on their end too. On October 1st, I called Delta Dental about my plan benefits. Lisa Marie Musiol, Customer Service Representative, was very helpful, professional, and nice. She took time to explain me about cleaning and bridge replacement coverages. She spoke to me patiently and make sure I understood. She is an excellent customer service representative. We need the insurance representatives like her. Thank you, Marie!
