I have been more than pleased with Delta dental, especially their customer care. Recently I contacted the call center and spoke with a customer care representative named April, she went out of her way to answer my questions and responded to my needs with compassion. Great customer service from a great local company!
Paying plans which covered in network and out of network scam customers when you go see Dentist you have to pay whole visits for the day because they not in network charge for plans which is not effective and fake plans
A different story from every rep you speak to when you call about benefits. They don't cover the services that the plan claims it covers.
