Paying plans which covered in network and out of network scam customers when you go see Dentist you have to pay whole visits for the day because they not in network charge for plans which is not effective and fake plans
A different story from every rep you speak to when you call about benefits. They don't cover the services that the plan claims it covers.
I called the 800-434-9128 number Feb 13 and “licensed agent” Ashley hung up on me! I was asking about the plan titles being different on the DD website (DPO Premium, DPO Basic, DeltaCare) and what is listed on my dentist’s information on the DD website (Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier). It's the worst insurance I've had. We had a treatment and paid the patient's part last June. Then I got a bill from service provider this February because Delta denied payment for the covered part. Since then I've worked with Delta customer service. Each time it seems an easy fix according to the customer service. But it never solved the problem and I still need pay the $500 Delta denied part. It's so bad that Delta just transfers liability caused by any mistake between insurance and service provider to customer!
I called twice trying to find coverage info. Each time they talk over me pushing the medical alert necklace and transferring me over to a medical license specialist when I asked to her to talk about my plan first. Ignored me continue to talk. The person name is Jessica so I don't if it's pre recorded or not because she askes the same exact question rambled on like chatter box. So irritated with business who truly don't care about their customers. The worse.
