I am updating this review: what had happened was: I received Delta Dental Insurance to be able to go to the dentist for the first time in years through Medicaid, and really need to go. I had not been able to go to the dentist for years, as there was basically no dental insurance for Medicaid. I was so excited that there was finally a dental insurance through Medicaid, and I found a dentist under the Delta Dental system and made an appointment. I was never sent an ID card. We just moved and my young son is in pain and although they are sending me an ID card with his number on it I'm not allowed to know the number. I asked her why and told her my kid was in pain and needed to be seen. She threatened me instead of helping. WHAT AN EVIL GOVERNMENT WE ARE ENSLAVED TO!
Wrote them an e-mail two weeks ago, and still have not heard ANYTHING other than an automatic generated reply. Still on hold waiting to talk to a human about cancelling my insurance plan after 20 minutes.
They are terrible to deal with and make excuses to avoid paying claims.
