Horrible customer service. Just simply trying to talk to someone. And you hear this agitating automated message on a loop thats unacceptable. Once or twice is beyond enough.
They won't keep up with the dentist offices around town and expect their customers to accept only receiving a percentage of a percentage on reimbursement. This company is a joke and I'll be pushing to uavr them dropped and replaced at the next work meeting. I've payed almost $2,000 and only received $140 as reimbursement. I recommend anyone looking for insurance to shop elsewhere.
