I don't know who has worse service—Delta Dental or Christopher Nelis. Six months ago, I filed a claim because I was charged nearly $400 for two dental cleanings. The insurance company told me that the dental office already had the billing details and would refund my money; however, the dental office told me they hadn't received anything. Shitty coverage, misleading info on the website. I’m paying for the top tear coverage allowed by my employer and they don’t even fully cover preventative and diagnostic visit! On the website it says they do 100% cover it.
I am updating this review: what had happened was: I received Delta Dental Insurance to be able to go to the dentist for the first time in years through Medicaid, and really need to go. I had not been able to go to the dentist for years, as there was basically no dental insurance for Medicaid. I was never sent an ID card. We just moved and my young son is in pain and although they are sending me an ID card with his number on it I'm not allowed to know the number. I asked her why and told her my kid was in pain and needed to be seen. She threatened me instead of helping. WHAT AN EVIL GOVERNMENT WE ARE ENSLAVED TO!
