Orthodontia Patients Beware!!! I have paid for Delta Dental Insurance as the only option through my employer for 6 years. Had a need for ortho coverage in 2023 only. Paid for the service in full through my dentist and the claim was submitted properly for 50% coverage to Delta Dental, which was approved for reimbursement. The plan outlines reimbursement is equally spread over the next 12 months after submitting the claim (no explanation why).
