Failed customer service! Error with account and made multiple calls to customer service. They kept blaming Morgan White, their service provider. They refused to stay on the line while I talked with Morgan White. Staff were belligerent and absolutely certain the issue was not on their end and were not going to get involved. ALL WERE WRONG! Finally, a kind, knowledgeable lady from Morgan White explained to her contact at KyDD who saw that the data did not transfer as expected and was able to fix the issue. I am a previous Customer Service Representative for Delta Dental of KY and I must say this is the best company I've worked for by far! I'm going to miss the easy going work environment, my colleagues, Team Leads and the Customer Service manager Carol!!! She is the absolute best manager ever!!! Love you guys! It was truly a pleasurable experience. Thank you!
I wanted to give Susan in Customer Service a huge shout out for whoever needs to know that you have the best employee ever. She went above and beyond, moving a mountain, to get an insurance claim fixed for a patient and even called me back when it was done. I have never had an insurance company do this for us. Thank you Susan!!
