This is the worst dental insurance ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. Their limitations on claims is ridiculous. I had a root canal in Dec of 2023, I had to have a retreatment of the root canal in July of 2025. They denied the claim for the retreatment because it was less than 24 months. This company does not care about people. I guess they expect the patient to be in pain for 24 months or just get the DAMN TOOTH EXTRACTED!!

I have been paying monthly premiums since last January (10 months). Need to have a crown put in, but Delta Dental won't pay anything unless full 12 months of premiums are paid. They never disclosed that to me. Why have insurance if you can't use it? Their telephone people are equally worthless and won't provide any help, can't even cancel their policy worthless policy with them over the phone, have to do that via email. This is close to insurance fraud. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!!!
