Why would I recommend this ad/page FACEBOOK just gave me for some dental company in Idaho when I live in Texas and have absolutely NO need for a dental company in Idaho? You might want to talk to FACEBOOK about adjusting the target audience for your ADS as they sure missed the mark on this by giving your ad to me; seems like a waste of your advertising money to give your ad to me.
terrible customer service. keep billing without authority. Unlike every other insurance.
I would have paid less if I would have just paid out of pocket for my last procedure that was $315. The $55 they paid is laughable when I paid $180 up front, pay $40 every month, and got a bill 3 months later for the $80 remaining on the procedure. Do the math and I got scammed.
