Worst customer service ever !! 20 minutes wait times … followed by inconsistent answers and always with a bureaucratic reason why they won’t pay for your simple dental exam.
The most pointless insurance company. Complete ortho treatment last October and come to find out they only made 1 payment and are refusing to pay the remaining portion. Because they only do “1 payment per year”. Each person you talk to lacks knowledge same with supervisors and mangers. It almost seems like they enjoy making the process difficult. A very expensive mistake. Avoid using this insurance company if possible.
