The most pointless insurance company. Complete ortho treatment last October and come to find out they only made 1 payment and are refusing to pay the remaining portion. Because they only do “1 payment per year”. Each person you talk to lacks knowledge same with supervisors and mangers. It almost seems like they enjoy making the process difficult. A very expensive mistake. Avoid using this insurance company if possible.
Amazing place
It’s been over five got dam months that a refund was due and it still hasn’t been received yet so my thing is with either kasier or delta dental that this refund has not been processed!!🤷
