Delta Dental’s behavior has been absolutely disgraceful. I paid my 2025 insurance premium in full, and under our agreement they were supposed to return $1,000 to me. They took my money immediately, but when it came time to honor their own promise, they suddenly became impossible to deal with. Don’t do it! Hard to believe, I know. God as my witness, this is true. They sent me a letter about my coverage. I called. They CAN’T FIND MY POLICY. I’m looking at my claims and stuff on their portal. I offer to send them a screenshot. Still, they tell me I’m not insured there. Yet I have paid claims just 2 weeks ago. Transfer to someone else… office not open. Call back, again transferred… disconnected. SHEESH! Extremely unprofessional, non educated, rude customer service. I would avoid this dental coverage at all cost. Do not do business with
if you speak a different language, just be prepared to be told they cant help you. the insurance rep waited on hold with us for 8 mins and said we needed to call back at a later time because she couldnt communicate with the customer. do better
