DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!! I received orthodontic treatment LAST YEAR and they still have not paid the claim and now refuse to pay bc I dropped orthodontics coverage for THIS YEAR. All treatment was filed and completed during my old policy but now they won’t pay!!! I have to pay $1000 out of pocket
Unfortunately they do not offer submitting online claim and my claim is lost somewhere on tje way, when I track my mail! It is strange that they do not offer such a service, while other companies do. It is late for this year, but I will switch to my husband's insurance next year. He easily submitted his out of country claims online and was reimbursed quickly, something that I have been dealing with for the past three months!
Pretty shotty. They claim to be a PPO but don't pay my provider immediately after a simple cleaning. Instead, they send a check in the hopes they don't have to pay and somehow I'll forget. This is backed by the fact that they don't act the claim amount. Just terrible. Shame on them.
Was with them while my wife was teaching and they were OK. After she retired we purchased their PPO plan and they have been awful. They lied to our Dentist, about crowns for both of us.... Later they refused payment and changed their story.... from a 6 month exclusion to a year exclusion.... No one will even respond to the Dentist, or us. Awful.
