I just called the office for help and twice the customer service representative hung the phone up. In both situations they didn't know the answers to my questions and I could tell they were getting frustrated. This place is a joke.

January ’24 my wife opened a Delta Dental (DD) insurance policy to have her wisdom teeth removed. No other reason to have dental insurance as she has full dentures. She paid the first installment of $127.80 and an automatic payment plan was set up through our bank at the time. First autopay was to be the following month but it never occurred. Pay over $ 1,000 per person for AARP PPO which ostensibly lets you see any dentist albeit with more limited benefits. Good luck submitting out of network claims. Fax? Nope. Upload in website? Nope. Only hard copy mail which somehow always seems to get lost or misplaced. But when it comes to collecting that monthly payment by jove, they are automated to the hilt. Cr--ks.
