I recently took my daughter in for an appointment due to sudden dental pain, and overall we had a very positive experience. From the moment I called, the front reception team was incredibly accommodating. They were able to book her in at the last minute, which we truly appreciated given how uncomfortable she was feeling. They called me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to cancel, 30 minutes! My appointment was at 1:30. After sending me a text reminder at 11:30, advising missed appointments are subject to a fee ......
I have only been there twice so far. Today I had an appointment booked for 9;00 am for myself and my son. They called and cancelled at 8:00 am. I missed a day of work for this….unpaid. If I cancelled an hour before I would have had to pay a cancellation fee for both of us. Ridiculous! Had another appointment today, rescheduled from previous review. Before I start my review I would like to mention that it is not based on any procedures I had done, Soley on an experience with one particular dentist. This review is mostly for people who have high anxiety about going to the dentist either because of past trauma or if you just have general anxiety about dentists to help decide if this dental institution is right for you.
