Today I had to have an emergency appointment for an extraction while 37 weeks pregnant. I have severe dental anxiety, but Dr Dusin and the nurse/assistant I had(I wish I could remember her name) were both so incredibly amazing. They talked me through everything and answered all my silly questions. I ended up not feeling well after due to not having ate anything yet that morning and Dr Dusin even gave me a snack while they kept checking on me until I felt better. The gals are very nice .. grest with our kiddos... very clean i like the dentist gentleman with the floppy shoes you know exactly where he is hahaha.. again so very very very nice to our kids... they lokmforwars to going.. for me they have the extra pillow for my neck..( I have a onjury).. parking lot was clean.. plowed when needed... nothing but positive for the dentist... amazkng
I recently took my daughter in for an appointment due to sudden dental pain, and overall we had a very positive experience. From the moment I called, the front reception team was incredibly accommodating. They were able to book her in at the last minute, which we truly appreciated given how uncomfortable she was feeling. They called me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to cancel, 30 minutes! My appointment was at 1:30. After sending me a text reminder at 11:30, advising missed appointments are subject to a fee ......
I have only been there twice so far. Today I had an appointment booked for 9;00 am for myself and my son. They called and cancelled at 8:00 am. I missed a day of work for this….unpaid. If I cancelled an hour before I would have had to pay a cancellation fee for both of us. Ridiculous! Had another appointment today, rescheduled from previous review.
