RecommendedGreat customer service the people are friendly and helpful.
It’s ridiculous when using the drive through. No customer should have to wait 27 minutes to get to the teller! It doesn’t matter what time of you go it’s always at least 10 minutes bc they 2 sometimes 3 lanes open but only one teller at the drive through going back and forth to each lane. It’s not like the drive thru isn’t busy and when you’ve got 5 or more in both lanes there should be someone to help get them through or hire an extra person! It’s

The worst bank I’ve ever done business with! Not an exaggeration they lied to me and are very difficult to work with and can’t seem to resolve any issue I have. I will be closing my account it will be a huge relief to know I’ll never have to step inside this sorry excuse of a bank! My mattress is a better bank then Delta.

Today, I spoke with Tracy, Snellville branch manager to obtain notary services. She refused due to insufficient documents supporting the contents in the letter. Notaries are witnessing signatures not acknowledging the contents in the documents. I asked her to review my bank statement to support the content in the letter and she said she would for a fee.
