They were professional and spot on from the main call to the extraordinary client care. They were on time and incredibly clean which is vital as we had quite recently had the whole home revamped. I can’t begin to describe the professional service we received from Delta Chimney and Vent Cleaning. After another company failed to properly identify what was wrong with my fireplace and chimney. I called to have them come out. The technicians were professionals. After three visits and several inspections they cleared out a squirrel's nest in the flue, realigned the flue to the stove insert and replaced the cap to the chimney all for the same price for a regular service call. Andrew and his father arrived on time, listened to my questions, and understood the job at hand. It wasn't an easy job because the chimney was clogged with sticks from squirrel nests. Finally, I have a very clean chimney. Andrew took pictures before and after to demonstrate how clean the chimney was. Andrew is friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and efficient service.
