Worst experience ever… friend booked me to drop him off a vintage surfboard going from Orlando to Oahu. Lady was about to send it then a miserable gentleman called Iyad stopped it and said he wanted a phone call with the shipper before I could leave it although it had gone through. Hawaii was 3:45am so we had to stay in Orlando finding things to do with our 6 year old for 4 hours and not get back in time for our son fishing.
