Ok, this place will give you pain shots. They do charge an obscene amount of money for these shots. My insurance was billed $68000 for the pain shots I received during one treatment. I had a total of 3 appointments with this Dr. One was a consult. The second one, I received 4 shots, and the 3rd was the follow up. This procedure is @1hr, and you are scooted out very quickly.
