I had them back in 2000. Whenever there’s problem They are late to respond. I let them bill direct to my credit card as I travel quite a bit and can’t spare time to deal with them. I called to cancel their service last September 2019 because the house was torn down on October for rebuild, they refused to let go. And although I disputed the charges successfully, they are still sending “disputed fees” to my credit card. That’s how they treat long term customers. We have been with Delta Alarm for over twenty years and two homes. They are awesome. Today, in particular we had a service call Tom to look at one of our zones that went off. He was professional, explained what he was doing and best of all - Fixed It! Thanks Tom !
Called this place earlier this week, they were quick and easy to deal with.
Was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Tom! The service was very efficient, all I did was call and they scheduled me in and installed it quickly and on time.
