Like this review if Delta customer service is largely incompetent. Gave me options 3 days from now after having a mechanical issue and canceling a flight. Then was trying to get me to fill out paperwork to apply the credit from that trip to my replacement trip You gotta be kidding me, I’m not doing your work for you. Don’t have an aging fleet, incompetent pilots (“I don’t know why but the computers not working folks”) and charge premium prices.
