Great customer service
I’m a diamond with Delta and I’ve been flying Delta for years They are the best airline as long as nothing happens. They do not manage crises well at all compared to other airlines. I would give them a one star for crisis management. The computer issues they had in the summer was a disaster. I was stuck for 3 days in Denver and eventually took a United flight because Delta canceled all the flights. This issue affected all airlines, but Delta struggled while other airlines recovered and moved on. I experienced the same proble... read more
