Greedy airline, they will drag seat assignment to see if they can fork out a few pennies terrible.
Horrible customer service, won’t give me my rightfully earned Skymiles or even let me communicate with the department that issues them. It’s been months of trying to figure out how to get this resolved and they are just stonewalling me.
