Delayed and missed connection. Agent service on 2nd floor leaves early (7 minutes before official desk close time at midnight) so now stuck with no hotel voucher. You suck Delta.

Rubbish airline! Damaged my luggage. I went to the counter service and directly said that it could not serve me. The service attitude was extremely poor.
Its impressive after 3 cancelled flights and 12 hours of delays they manages to lose my luggage. Is it dei or a mental disability to blame?
