Check in experience not good. You are pushed to print your suitcase labels and then they let others be in line with no tags. Ladies are not friendly nor helpful. At gate I asked for support to move from aisle to window. My original seat was 15, at the end just before boarding I got assigned 29 last row, with no window and no option to change. Personnel has become less customer oriented. I have been flying Delta since it was NW back in 1997 and it is certainly way different now. Inside the flight, stewardeness was very nice. ... read more
Lazy employees, wait u standing 2 hour
Had a very tough morning and was there shipping remains to Europe. The woman I worked with at the counter was so wonderful to me and it was clear that her and her colleagues were very well in sync with each other. Her name was Kim and I cannot praise her and the rest of the employees in that area enough.
