They serviced four different systems for us and ‘improved the output’ of our ducted system - $2.5K. The ducted system showed minimal improvement. Said they would come back for some other tweaks and never heard from them again (apart from the invoice of course). Had another company come out 2 months later to replace the ducted system. We were very disappointed to hear (and see) that Delta’s work was sub par (they even left crushed ducting in place, no wonder it wasn’t working effectively). First service only took an hour because Aaron took time out in his vehicle and scrolling through his phone, then using the cloakroom - without washing hands - and then presented a bill for $460, payable immediately. Complete rort - will shop around for service person who takes a pride in the work

Excellent customer service both over the phone with Cheryl and with the actual service with Tristin - which was very efficiently and well done. Such service a rare commodity these days and much appreciated.

After a really disappointing experience with another air conditioning service in Canberra, we were thrilled with the outcome from Delta air conditioning. The technician really knew what he was doing, and fixed the problem with our split system unit in less than an hour. Don't waste your time calling other services - get it done right the first time by calling Delta. Thank you guys, you saved us from enduring another sweaty summer :-)
