Ive had incredible annual service with Delta over the last 3 years - but hiking your service charge from $320 to $380 in one year is a bit rich. Also, the lovely ladies that used to do the bookings and customer liaison are no longer there. No negotiation from the bloke who couldnt care less who handled my call this time.
Delta provided excellent service in my recent installation of air conditioning after many years living with an inadequate ducted system which needed additional gas heating and fans to circulate heat to a 5 metre high ceiling. We expect the upper rooms of the house will be much more effectively cooled in hot weather also. The manager was responsive communicating details of the works and addressing some complications with the previous ducted equipment on the roof.
