A great response to my previous post by the company - all credit to them. Already have a great reputation in Canberra.
Ive had incredible annual service with Delta over the last 3 years - but hiking your service charge from $320 to $380 in one year is a bit rich. Also, the lovely ladies that used to do the bookings and customer liaison are no longer there. No negotiation from the bloke who couldnt care less who handled my call this time.
Delta provided excellent service in my recent installation of air conditioning after many years living with an inadequate ducted system which needed additional gas heating and fans to circulate heat to a 5 metre high ceiling. We expect the upper rooms of the house will be much more effectively cooled in hot weather also. I dropped into Delta Air Conditioning yesterday looking for help with an issue I was having with my remote. The team went above and beyond to troubleshoot the problem and find a solution on the spot. It’s rare to come across such genuine, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service these days. I felt so well looked after. I’m very grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Delta to anyone needing expert advice and outstanding service.
Arrived on time and undertook a full review of our gas heating system. This included the condition of the flexi duck under our house. They provided photos of the works undertaken.
