This is a review of the new location at AGI. I’m there on a weekly basis. First of all, shoutout to Delta agent Trevor who builds customer relationships and really tries to get everyone in and out of there smoothly and quickly. Unfortunately, there’s only one of him. The other employees do not seem as interested in customer service, and I’ve waited there for quite a while. One man yesterday told me it had been hours. Please AGI, can you hire more Trevors?
Been shipping out of here for years I'm lucky if I'm in and out in under 30 minutes, extremely slow everytime. After all these years guess nothing is going to get done
Delta Cargo is by far the worst and slowest airline when it comes to cargo. I’ve sat in there for so long with out help I’ve missed flights on several occasions. Sitting in here now while writing this and the only thing that has been said to me is there 3 people ahead of me but that was 35mins ago now. I also ask to speak to the delta representative 10 mins ago and still haven’t seen him! Horrible customer service hate every time my job has me go up here!
