Terrible.
Bunch of liars, crooks, and cheats! Can't get a call back, they dont answer the phones, so the ONLY option is to leave a message. None of them have the same story, wrong info on claims, and they pass the buck to someone else so no one takes blame? Never know who the agent is-if you have one. Then you're supposed to guess where they want you to fix your car...just plain horrible, unprofessional customer service.
