Flying Delta out of Indianapolis to Minneapolis. Airplane A321- row 17 seat A, they have decreased the space between seats. Getting much smaller leg room, seat comfortably doesn't exist, recently remodel cabin. $756.00 flight for the price the comfortably isn't worth the flight. Delta its time to revist true comfortably of your guest.
Plane arrived at midnight in Indianapolis airport, which was the scheduled time to arrive. They only have one gate crew on schedule even though we were there at our scheduled time so we had to sit short of the gate for over 30 minutes waiting to be brought to the gate. Terrible customer service.
