I can’t say enough good things about Mary Ann at Delta. I was dealing with a really stressful situation after my international flight was canceled, and I was worried I wouldn’t make it to a wedding I had to be at. Mary Ann went above and beyond to help me find another flight that same day and made sure I had a way to get there on time. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. I saw on line the flight to Paris we wanted. The next day it was gone so I called to book the flight. After 3 calls, 2+ hours on the phone they got my flights, seats and payment info. Then said, sorry I would need to change flights for an additional $2000. Sounds like bait and switch to me. Horrible customer service.
