The furniture department is a joke! Ordered a recliner, and was told it would take 2-4 weeks to come in. Over four weeks later, no recliner. Was told by an associate over the phone, What do you want us to do? Finally, we get a call that it is in. We go to pick it up, no recliner found. Never will I purchase from your store again!
Took over a half hour for assistance for a pair of shoes. The one woman couldn't handle finding more then 1 pair of shoes at a time. The so called gentleman that was there was so very ignorant. Both employees had the worse attitudes possible. Should not be in retail at all
Boscov's is a great place to shop. The prices are right and they have great choices. I love the opportunities they have for NON-profits to have fund raisers. I hope they continue many more years.
