The plumber installed an automatic flood-stop sensor valve on our washing machine water hoses that instantly shuts off the water supply if a hose bursts. Great peace of mind.
Our main sewer line was blocked with wet wipes and feminine products. The plumber cleared the obstruction with an electric drum snake, retrieved the debris, and gave us helpful tips on drain safety.
Our outdoor spigot in Palmdale was leaking water from the anti-siphon cap whenever a hose was attached. The technician replaced the plastic vacuum breaker with a durable brass assembly, tested the backflow prevention, and checked the shutoff. The spigot works smoothly with zero leaking.
They replaced our old gas valve and ignition sensor on short notice during a freezing freeze. Prompt, respectful, and highly competent technicians.
We had several electrical outlets that suddenly stopped working, and they responded quickly. The technician identified the problem right away and fixed everything efficiently. It was a smooth experience from beginning to end.
