Bad grass waste of money
We had a great experience buying Zoysia sod here 3 weeks ago. Our first pallet was almost $300, and the grass was very fresh, green, and healthy. When we went back two days later for a second pallet, they offered us a 1-day-old pallet at a discounted price of $100. It looked brown, dry, and was turning yellow, so we were really not sure if it would survive or not. But wanting to save money, we decided to give it a try. Horrible experience, when they loaded 2 pallets of what should have been Palisade Zoysia, I should have rejected due to it's yellowish color. Worker said it was due to the heat. I nursed it back to life over the next two weeks. Now the grass is a mixture of what looks like Kentucky blue grass and st Augustine. They refused to acknowledge my concerns and said to have it DNA tested. Lesson learned, next time I'll go straight to grass farm to purchase.
I own a landscaping company and I use this place for all my sod. The great part about it is if you ever need to come back just for a few squares you can do that anytime.
