You’re staff was very rude to my mother just now. We were there last night after my sons baseball game and her and I both got a medium cup of banana ice cream I got mine with chocolate jimmies she didn’t. She went there just now to get the same thing for herself and her patient and your staff said they couldn’t do it for a medium cup. Sorry for the unfortunate experience your mother had. One point of potential confusion is that, the 24 flavors of soft serve come in one size only, which is a small. You can order as many as you like and asked them to be placed in a larger cup, but each additional one is an additional charge. Our new favorite ice cream place! Smooth and creamy custard and many delicious scooped ice cream flavors, my current fav is banana peanut butter fudge😍😍, the staff is friendly and the portions are generous, I will miss them in the off season and will be counting the days until they reopen in the spring 🍨🍦🤗
They are racist and unprofessional
I like their custard and ice cream, but, the service is too slow.
A few weeks ago we went to outlaws and they didn’t have mango or cherry water ice or bananas for sundaes. We came to dels and they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Today we came and we asked for cherries for my son and they made sure he had a ton! His face lit up. They’re fantastic here and the price is always less than I expect it to be. The ice cream is amazing the milk shakes always hit the spot. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences
Have been going here all my life & it’s the only place I’ll ever go!! Everyone is so kind and service is very fast!! Plus, I love crunch coat and they put it on the top & the bottom of the cup so I never run out (this is the best thing ever). If you don’t go here you’re missing out!!
