The apartments are beautiful and in a nice area but very interesting application process..my application was denied due to credit history and for another reason that they could not tell me...I understand tenants are required to have a certain credit score to move in. Unfortunately I was not told about the minimum credit score of 650 required prior to the application otherwise I would have not applied. In addition why mention that other reason if you couldn’t tell me. I personally feel I was swindled out of $50.
