If I can give a negative score I would! I had a very disappointing experience at DMV Delray. Today is Aug 19, 2025. My appointment was 8:15am. I was assigned to go to Window 31! The lady at window 31 was extremely rude from the moment I stood in front of her. She looked irritated and treated me with attitude the entire time. On top of that, she typed my name incorrectly having my 2nd name be part of my middle name and my last name not having the hyphen, she claims its the same with or without a hyphen which is incorrect on t... read more

Wait was about 30 minutes with a reservation. But all went well Randall Smith was able to help me with title, tags registration & plates in under 35 minutes. Awesome guy. Thanks again Randall great to meet you.
I didn't get the guy name who worked on 8/1/2025 at #32 but he was very rude and careless . I was there to assist someone and I asked him one question and he looked dead at me and ignored me . We ended up having to go to car to get a paper that was needed. I didn’t like his attitude, but he did speak Creole which helped my boyfriend because he was explained that he was missing a certain paper. On the bright side we found the paper and ended up getting help by someone else and got what he needed.
In September I had to go there to change the address on my license. I was so lucky to have Mimi help me out with the paperwork.Mimi took the time to make sure everything was done correctly with a great attitude.She is a caring and thoughtful woman. Mimi noticed I needed to renew my license and everything was done so quickly and efficiently, I was pleasantly surprised.
