I recently moved into DelRay Apartments and couldn't be happier with my decision! From day one, the experience has been exceptional. Special shoutout to Michael, who made the entire move-in process seamless - he was always available to answer questions, incredibly helpful with paperwork, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my move-in date. I think these apartments themselves are great. Management at the time not so much. Natasha and my at the time boyfriend were messing around. I put in a complaint about her, she called the cops on me lied etc. but whatever. The neighborhood was great. Quiet off in its own world. Maintenace request were handled in a timely manor. Trash pick up could use some improvement. Can't really complain too much with this complex. I know it has to be much better now than the couple issues I had since Natasha is gone.
