Great office. Very clean and fresh with holiday decorations my daughter was impressed with. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our treatment was clearly communicated.
Dr. Delplanche and his team are incredible - kind, professional, excellent at what they do and terrific at communicating clearly and honestly. Highly recommend them!
We have had a wonderful experience at RHO with our son and are hoping to begin treatment with our daughter soon! Friendly staff is always so welcoming especially with the younger siblings along for appointments. The new office is fantastic! So cute, well decorated, comfy chairs, the most friendly staff, and a great coffee bar! I trust that everyone in the office and Dr. Delplanche has my kids teeth best interest at heart. We have been so happy with our experience. Highly recommend.
Everyone was wonderful today. Efficient, pleasant and providing a comfortable atmosphere. Kell was prompt in getting started on my appointment, and clear about the instructions leading up to my next visit. I think the new location is excellent, and it is helpful to have easy parking. The facilities feel welcoming. My one observation: The row of treatment chairs, without some curtain or divider between them, might be off-putting to some, at least at first, in regards to those who might prefer more privacy during treatment.
