Way better than expected, it was my first time visiting an orthodontist too.
Friendly office! - Everyone there is very warm and welcoming. I was very appreciative for all the detail given in explaining my daughter's treatment plan and all possibilities of things that may occur within it. They took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns that I had. Very organized in their scheduling and payment plans, etc. too. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quality orthodontist!
Staff is always friendly and professional. My son's teeth are not only looking beyond amazing, but he never leaves wondering what comes next in his treatment plan
The free ortho evaluation for our two kids went well, and both kids walked away with a positive experience, that informed them on what to expect for braces in the future. The kids were a little unsure about what to expect, but the relaxed atmosphere and engaging and friendly demeanor of Dakota, John and the entire team really reinforced why we appreciate their business and love to refer our friends and family to Delplanche Orthodontics.
